2. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) sowie Widerspruch (Art. 21). Eine erteilte Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Sie haben zudem ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde, z. B. dem Hamburgischen Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Website wird bei Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden automatisch Zugriffsdaten (u. a. IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, abgerufene Datei, Browsertyp) in Server-Logfiles verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren, stabilen Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Eine Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. des EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Datenbank (Supabase)

Kataloginhalte und Buchungsdaten werden in einer Datenbank von Supabase (gehostet in der EU, Region Frankfurt) gespeichert. Beim Laden der Seite ruft Ihr Browser die Katalogdaten direkt bei Supabase ab; dabei wird Ihre IP-Adresse übermittelt. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Es besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag.

5. Buchungsanfragen

Über das Buchungsformular erheben wir: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Anzahl der Personen, gewünschte Session/Paket, Datum/Uhrzeit sowie Ihre Anmerkungen. Wir verwenden diese Daten ausschließlich, um Ihre Anfrage zu bearbeiten, Sie persönlich zu kontaktieren und den Termin abzustimmen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Anbahnung/Erfüllung eines Vertrags). Bestätigen wir einen Termin, wird ein Kalendereintrag erstellt und Ihnen eine Einladung übersandt (siehe Ziffer 7).

6. Kontakt per Formular und E-Mail

Bei Anfragen über das Kontakt-/Anfrageformular oder per E-Mail verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen gemachten Angaben zur Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. lit. f DSGVO).

7. Google Workspace (Kalender und E-Mail)

Zur Terminverwaltung und für den E-Mail-Versand (Anfrage- und Bestätigungs-E-Mails) nutzen wir Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Bei Bestätigung eines Termins wird ein Ereignis in unserem Google Kalender angelegt und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse als eingeladene Person an Google übermittelt. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und lit. f DSGVO. Eine Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. des EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Lokaler Speicher (Local Storage)

Wir speichern technisch notwendige Einstellungen (gewähltes Farbschema und Sprache) lokal in Ihrem Browser. Diese Daten werden nicht an uns übertragen und dienen nicht der Analyse oder dem Tracking. Es werden keine Tracking-Cookies und keine Webanalyse eingesetzt.

9. Speicherdauer

Wir speichern personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie es für die genannten Zwecke erforderlich ist. Buchungs- und ggf. rechnungsrelevante Daten bewahren wir im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen auf. Anfragen ohne Vertragsschluss löschen wir, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.

10. Empfänger in Drittländern

Sofern Daten an Dienstleister in den USA (Netlify, Google) übermittelt werden, erfolgt dies auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien (EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

11. Keine Pflicht zur Bereitstellung / keine automatisierte Entscheidung

Die Bereitstellung Ihrer Daten ist freiwillig, für die Bearbeitung einer Buchungsanfrage jedoch erforderlich. Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung findet nicht statt.

12. Änderungen

Wir passen diese Datenschutzerklärung an, wenn sich die Verarbeitung ändert. Stand: Juli 2026.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When the site is accessed, access data (including IP address, date/time, file requested, browser type) is automatically processed in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Database (Supabase)

Catalog content and booking data are stored in a Supabase database (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt region). When the page loads, your browser retrieves the catalog data directly from Supabase, transmitting your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place.

5. Booking requests

Via the booking form we collect: name, email address, phone number, number of people, the requested session/package, date/time and your notes. We use this data solely to process your request, contact you personally and arrange the appointment. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract). If we confirm an appointment, a calendar entry is created and an invitation is sent to you (see section 7).

6. Contact via form and email

For enquiries via the contact/enquiry form or by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

7. Google Workspace (calendar and email)

For appointment management and sending emails (request and confirmation emails) we use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When an appointment is confirmed, an event is created in our Google Calendar and your email address is transmitted to Google as an invited participant. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Local storage

We store technically necessary settings (chosen color scheme and language) locally in your browser. This data is not transmitted to us and is not used for analytics or tracking. No tracking cookies and no web analytics are used.

9. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Booking and, where applicable, invoice-relevant data are retained within the statutory retention periods. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted once they are no longer needed.

10. Recipients in third countries

Where data is transferred to service providers in the USA (Netlify, Google), this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

11. No obligation to provide / no automated decision-making

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to process a booking request. No automated decision-making takes place.

12. Changes

We will adapt this privacy policy if the processing changes. Last updated: July 2026.
